We are one with everything, and what we are is reflected not only in what we do and how we do it, in our values and in the education of our children, but also in our companies, in our business relationships, in our family relationships, in everything.

We have been reducing our family and social circles, and we only create commercial ties mostly driven by greed, for short-term rather than long-term profit.

I have witnessed how certain tax consultancies focus on monetary profit and completely disregard social benefit, leaving their employees and clients in precarious situations.

When a company or entrepreneur forgets that, legally speaking, regardless of their activity, they are LEGAL PERSONS. And our law has not invented that term lightly. Above all, they are PEOPLE and therefore must, as such, have human values and ensure the good psychosocial health of their employees and commercial relationships with other people.

Selling a service just to sell it, without taking into account the needs or difficulties of our clients, at exorbitant prices, not only falls into avarice, but should be criminally imputable as a type of usury that harms society as a whole.

The idea of a free capitalism does not work if individuals lack professional and personal ethics. This is the jungle. Anyone can set a price and the one who sells themselves best wins; without caring about anything or anyone.

The sale of smoke and illusion is about to end. New technologies and the new ‘create and grow’ law make it clear that the future of consultancies will depend solely and exclusively on quality. No more entering invoices, it’s over! You either know, or you don’t! Only those professionals who adapt to the new changes and offer added value will be able to get ahead.

I have worked in a consultancy that charges its clients a modest price of 500 euros plus VAT to prepare a loan agreement. ChatGPT prepares it for you for free. No, it’s that ours was done by a lawyer! A lawyer who has used a template that has taken him 10 minutes of time to fill in with their data. No, it’s that we have registered it with the ATIB! Registering a loan agreement with the ATIB does not take more than 15 minutes. What other excuses are we going to make to charge excessively?

The degradation of social values leads new companies and self-employed people who are just starting out to unnecessary ruin many times. If we don’t think as a consultancy that it is necessary for our clients to succeed, so that they grow responsibly, so that they provide work to others and generate money and social well-being, how can we move forward?

Every day, politics and politicians are criticized for their lack of ethics, and what about companies, and market prices? We must move forward together towards collaboration in order to adapt to the changes that in less than 10 years will devastate the way of creating and obtaining benefits.

It is the jungle of the fittest, not the richest. Your values ​​mark your destiny. A person who only thinks of themselves ends up alone. A legal person who only thinks in the short term self-destructs and does not create a legacy.
